Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Stamp Letter application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stamp Letter is a mobile application that allows users to take photos, create custom postage stamps, compose personalized letters, and send them to other users within the platform. The service includes stamp creation, letter composition, a mailbox for receiving letters, and social features such as contacts and friend requests.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration (email address, username).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may register using email/password or through Apple or Google sign-in.
• Each user must have a unique @handle username (3–20 characters, alphanumeric and underscores).

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content (photos, stamps, letters, drawings). By using the App, you grant Stamp Letter a limited license to:

• Store and process your photos to create stamps (cropping, resizing, masking).
• Deliver your letters and stamps to intended recipients.
• Display your profile information (username, avatar) to other users for social features.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. Do not use the App to send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App to harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Creating stamps or letters with illegal, explicit, or harmful content.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The Stamp Letter name, logo, designs, envelope templates, paper templates, and stamp frame designs are the intellectual property of Stamp Letter. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary assets without permission.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App, or by visiting our account deletion page. Account deletion permanently removes all your data, including stamps, letters, contacts, and profile information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stamp Letter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
